Essential Features :
Our Pascalizator series U4000 was developed 2003 to carryout high pressure studies on food preservation and processing in laboratory scale. Since 2003 this unit has proven to be very successful and has been upgraded and commercialized. Its unique selling point is that the upper plug of the vessel is sealless. During pressure cycle the vessel is closed using a hydraulic actuator mounted on a multilayer yoke frame. Because of our well designed heat-exchanger within the vessel makes temperature control very effective. For supplying pressure it is equipped with our boxer type pump (for bigger volume) or hydraulically driven intensifier (for lower volume).
Control panel with 8.4″ touch screen for easy and comfortable accessibility. It’s possible to run single or multi-cycle pressure processes depending on the user’s needs. For effortless control and data management the modern versions are equipped with series U5000 type control panel with 15″ touch screen and integrated data acquisition system.
A clean and maintenance free unit thanks to metal to metal upper plug sealing system (seal-less) .
Customized version with upper plug with sealing package and hydraulic cylinder for opening and closing.
