Applications

Depending on the preferences of our customers, our products are customizable and interchangeable within the various streams of Science no matter whether it was originally designed for Physics, Chemistry or Biology.

Physics

– For high-pressure studies of electrical, optical and magnetic properties including resonance effects we provide: Helium Gas System U11 (high pressure up to 1300 MPa, low temperature down to 1.6 K, high magnetic field up to 30 T) and Clamped Cells driven by hydraulic press (high pressure up to 1800 MPa).

– For studies of dielectric, thermal and mechanical properties we provide a wide range of Measuring Vessels (high pressure up to 900 MPa).

Chemistry

– For inorganic, organic and biological reactions our Piston-cylinder Reactors U101 and U22 provides pressure up to 1600 MPa, temperatures up to 100°C and volume up to 50 mL. These reactions are carried out in PTFE ampoules.

– For reactions in flow our High Pressure Continuous Flow Reactor U400 provides pressure up to 400 MPa with a flow rate 100 to 1000 µL/min.

Food science

– For studies of inactivation of microorganisms and enzymes under high pressure our Liquid Systems U33 and U111 provides pressures up to 900 MPa.

  For studies of food preservation and processing using high pressure our Pascalizatores U4000, U5000 & U6000 are designed for laboratory and pilot plant scale.

– For optical studies of biological materials under pressure up to 500 MPa we provide Microscopic Cell (in-situ observation under optical microscope) and Optical Cell U103 (spectroscopic studies).
