The Liquid System U33 has been developed as a laboratory unit for bio-sciences based on the same design philosophy as in system U11 for physics and system U22 for chemistry. Enveloped samples can be subjected to high pressures at ambient, lower and elevated temperatures. The system U33 is a mobile unit with various combination of Measuring Vessels and pressure supply system:

U33 (basic) with Measuring Vessel MV1-35 and intensifier M700/22.5. To control pressure processes, the unit is equipped with programmable controller and control panel. The compression rate is controlled manually using potentiometer and decompression is controlled using manual valve. Three modes of operation are available (automatic, manual and cyclic).

U33 (air driven) with Measuring Vessel MV3-50 and hydro-pneumatic pump. Unit is provided with hoisting mechanism for upper closure. Manually controlled pressure process.

U33 (hydraulically driven) with Measuring Vessel MV5-60 and Boxer Pump BP3/5000. Unit is provided with hoisting mechanism for upper closure. Its industrial computer with touch screen and integrated data acquisition system makes it user friendly. It is possible to run single or multi-cycle pressure processes and has fully automated decompression system. Additionally the system is equipped with flow high pressure heat exchanger.
