Essential Features :

Our high pressure Micropump MP series is designed for supplying high pressure cells / vessels with volume of hundreds microliliters to several tens of milliliters as well as medium pressure vessels / cylinders with volume of liters. The main feature of the unit is very high precision of piston displacement (resolution in the range of 1µm). The Micropump is composed of a step motor driven actuator (with ball or planetary screw assembly) with built in high pressure vessel assembly. Maximum allowable pressure and capacity of the Micropump can be changed to our customers requirements thanks to various adaptable high pressure vessel assemblies and planetary gears. Based on size and pressure, these micropumps are divided into three types MP5 (medium pressure), MP5 (high pressure) and MP10 (high pressure).

Special cross-fitting provided with a miniature internal filling valve, connection for high pressure transducer and external high pressure cell / vessel and a seat for a syringe as pressure medium container.

The control unit for Micropump MP series not only drives the micropump but also controls various steps of pressure cycle within three modes of work. Remote mode allows user to set values of pressure process from an external source such as computer.
