Essential Features :
High-pressure Storage System has been developed for laboratory studies in biology and food science. It is designed mainly for long-lasting tests of enveloped samples at lower temperatures and at high pressures. High-pressure vessels in which samples are processed are located in refrigerating rooms and supplied with pressure medium from externally located control terminals linked to the high-pressure boxer pump BP3. The Storage System can be composed of one or more high pressure vessels, each located in a separate refrigerating room and equipped with a separate control terminal.
High-pressure vessels are manually loaded, and closed with threaded closures. An interrupted threaded closure, aided by a screw jack, allows easier and quicker opening/closing: instead of many revolutions as in traditional thread closure, only 60° rotation is required to close/open the vessel.
